SERVICES
offered are:
- Treatment for acute and chronic illness or injury
- Health prevention and wellness
- Suturing and wound care
- Referrals for specialist services
- Health and Wellness
- Laboratory Testing
- Suturing and wound care
- Physical Exams: sports, travel abroad, etc.
- Apothecary medications
FEES:
- You are charged for medications and testing performed; there is no charge to students for services rendered.
- There is an office fee visit of $10 charged for faculty/staff and their family members (due at time of service).
- Prescription and over the counter medications dispensed
and testing performed in Health Services are billed, at cost to the student on their student account.
(Faculty and staff must pay for medications and any testing at time of service.)

CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings: appointments beginning at 8:30am and ending at 11:00am.
- Closed Tuesday mornings for Administrative and Director's meetings.
- Closed daily from Noon - 1:00pm for lunch.
- Monday - Friday afternoons: 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

Required Immunizations
for Matriculation to Hanover College:
The immunizations listed below are REQUIRED for
attendance to Hanover College.
DPT/OP (Diphtheria, Pertussis
and Oral Polio)
Indicate series was completed in childhood. Typically, five
dates for DPT and four for OPV.
Hepatitis B
Series required!
A series of three shots required -- must have started series
prior to arrival on campus.
Varicella (Chicken Pox)
Must have recorded date of disease or date of immunizations
(a series of two injections).
TD (Tetanus and Diphtheria)/ Tdap (Tetanus/diphteria/pertussis)
Adult dosage must be within last ten years.
MMR (Measles, Mumps and
Rubella)
Dates for 2 doses, or proof of confirmed disease, or immune titer.
TB Questionnaire Required
TB Skin Test (Tuberculin)
TB skin test may be required based upon responses to TB Questionnaire (if required, our staff will contact you).
NOTE: All international students must have a recent chest
x-ray. You must bring the chest films with you and a written radiology
report.
Meningitis
This is NOT a requirement, but is highly recommended.
Hanover College immunization requirements are based on
Indiana State Law requirements, recommendations from the American College
Health Association, and the Center for Disease Control.
